Open Houses

Calvary Christian School offers two fall open houses, and we encourage all prospective families to join us. Learn more about our programs, meet our administrative team and current Calvary parents, and enjoy a full tour of our beautiful campus.

The fall open house dates for admission to the 2026/27 school year are scheduled for Tuesday, October 14th from 9-11am and Tuesday, November 4th from 9-11am. Registration for these events will open on Friday, September 12th.

Campus Tour

Calvary's Admissions team offers personal tours for those unable to attend an Open House. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a tour for September. Once admissions season officially opens, you will have the opportunity to submit an inquiry form and sign up for Campus Tours and Open House events. Children applying for 4th-8th grades will have the opportunity to visit the campus later in the admissions process.

Parent Interview

Both parents will meet with the admissions staff so we may get to know your child and family. Interviews will be scheduled in December and January once your child's application is complete and all required supplemental materials have been received.

Financial Assistance

Calvary Christian School uses the School and Student Service for Financial Assistance (SSS) to help assess a family’s ability to pay school costs. Information on the SSS and an application can be obtained by visiting the SSS website. Please make sure to enter Calvary's school code (2178) when completing the financial assistance application. All financial assistance requests are kept strictly confidential and do not affect acceptance.  The Financial Assistance Application Deadline is January 16, 2026.
